Your foot slides in and the wide elastic strap settles over the top. One hand, standing up, done.

A light, flexible foam sole that absorbs footpaths and kitchen tiles, and bends where your foot bends.
Lift the insole straight out
Keep the cushioned one it comes with, or slip your own inserts into its place. That room is part of the design.

No. The knit is soft and the sole is flexible from the first wear. There is no stiff leather to fight, so they feel the same on day one as they will in a month.

Your normal size. The toe is cut roomy and the knit stretches, so wider feet usually do not need to size up. They run from 4 to 9 AU, including half sizes 5.5 and 7.5.
